There is no medical evidence that these body wraps reduce fat or cause weight loss. Any apparent benefits are likely to be both temporary and cosmetic. Indeed, the promotional literature for these ‘weight loss’ products typically states that lasting weight loss and fat reduction is possible only via orthodox dietary and exercise methods.
You may enjoy the experience of body wrapping, but be aware that it does not produce any lasting weight loss. Nor does it produce any fat reduction.
