There are very few high calorie cereals. Generally, cereal is a relatively low calorie option.
However, the type of milk you add to your cereal WILL make a difference. (see below)
The healthiest cereals are wholegrain, bran or fiber-fortified varieties.
Sugar-coated or candy-coated varieties are less healthy and best avoided.
