How Can I Eat More Vegetables?
Eating regular vegetables is a great habit to help lose weight and maintain good health.
Make a delicious vegetable soup; add shredded carrots to bolognaise sauce; add extra corn and sliced peppers to pizza; add sliced tomatoes or chopped broccoli to stews.
Nibble chopped vegetables at home instead of packet-snacks. But this takes preparation. If you keep a bowl of chopped vegetables in the refrigerator, chances are you’ll eat them – if you don’t, you won’t bother chopping them when hunger strikes!
