Are regular soft drinks bad when dieting?

Usually, Yes.

Most fizzy soft drinks are very high in calories as well as refined sugar.

We don’t need to drink regular soft drinks, EVER.
So why do we? Because billions of advertising dollars tell us to.

Even diet soft drinks are not problem free. True, most of them contain zero calories, but they also contain a range of chemicals. Some of these chemicals are 200 times sweeter than sugar.

Guess what they do to our sweet tooth?

Drinks Advice When Dieting

If you want to lose weight, your main drink should be Beer (whoops! Just kidding!) I mean water. Your second choice should be pure fruit juice, but dilute it 1/2-1/2 with water. A third choice may be diet soft drinks.

Regular soft drinks are not recommended.
