Weight Effects of Rock Salt Sea Salt vs Ordinary Salt

Salt, or sodium chloride, is made up of 40% sodium and 60% chloride. It is the excess sodium that is bad for our health. Rock or sea salt contains the same amount of sodium as ordinary salt.
