Can I Reduce Fat From Specific Areas of My Body?

Weight loss and fat reduction only occurs as a result of creating a calorie deficit – eating fewer calories than we burn.

However, even if we create a calorie deficit we cannot choose specific areas from which to lose weight.

If we have particularly “fatty” areas of our body, like butt or thighs, our only option is to improve the appearance of these areas by means of toning exercises.
