My Overweight Daughter

Nine times out of ten, it’s because she’s eating too many high calorie foods, like: commercial popcorn, pretzels, crisps, nachos, tortilla chips, coke, candy and chocolate, but not enough proper food.

  • Make sure she eats a sensible breakfast and dinner and for lunch give her lots of sandwiches and 100 per cent fruit juice.
  • Make sure she gets active. Maybe ask her to help you to get fit.
  • Always set your daughter a good example in eating and exercise.
