Can I Overeat Fruit or Vegetables?
Sure, you can overeat anything, I guess.
But in my experience fruit and veg aren’t things we usually binge on.
For good health, aim to eat a minimum of 5 helpings of fruit and vegetables a day, although 7-8 would be better.
But eating a balance is your real aim – i.e. foods from ALL food groups.
It just so happens that fruit and veg are very low in calories and mostly high in vitamins and minerals – perfect foods for anyone who wants to lose weight.
