I Am 5″3″ And Weigh 268 pounds. What Should My Normal Weight Be?

The so-called ‘normal’ weight range for someone of your height is about 107-141 pounds.

But don’t worry. Just aim to lose 4 pounds. Then, perhaps another 4 pounds, then another and so on.
