They point out that our bodies don’t stop working just because we go to sleep. In fact, the average person burns about 400 calories while they sleep.
Scientific research shows that when you eat has no bearing on your weight – it is what and how much you eat that counts.
The important thing about weight loss or weight gain is how many calories you eat, not when you eat them.
