I Can’t Lose Weight. Could I have Hypothyroidism?
Hypothyroidism is a result of the thyroid gland producing insufficient thyroxine or T3 (triiodothyronine).
Weight gain, or difficulty in losing weight, may be the result of having this condition.
Other symptoms of hypothyroidism may include cold hands and feet, lack of energy, constipation and dry skin.
If you think you may suffer from hypothyroidism or any kind of sluggish or under-active thyroid condition, check with your doctor.
