I Want to Lose Weight But I Hate The Idea of “Dieting.” What Should I Do?
Simply forget all about “diets” and “dieting”. Instead, think healthy eating.
Plan lots of healthy meals and snacks, using fresh ‘natural’ foods whenever possible. Use foods like: fruits, vegetables, whole wheat bread, lean meat, lower-fat dairy foods, oats, beans and salads.
At the same time, limit your intake of less natural ‘refined’ foods, and pre-cooked foods.
Lastly, set aside 30 minutes a day for some kind of enjoyable exercise. It doesn’t really matter what kind of exercise you do as long as you do it most days.
Healthy food plus healthy exercise is an unbeatable combination for healthy weight loss. And not a “diet” in sight!
