Can I Eat as much Low-Fat Food as I Want and Still Lose Weight?

I’m afraid not!

In order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat. Although low-fat foods are good replacements for high-fat foods in your diet, some low-fat foods can be high in calories because of a high sugar-content.

Calories still count! So even though lower-fat foods are healthier, they should be eaten as part of a calorie controlled diet, if you want to lose weight.
