Dieting and the Energy Dip

I stick to my diet until mid-afternoon but then I have to have candy. Do you have any diet tips that will help me to stop doing this and lose weight?

Whether on a weight loss diet or not, many people experience a dip in energy, mid-afternoon.

Fresh fruit or a glass of juice will raise your blood sugar and satisfy your sweet tooth. A fat-free yogurt or a wholemeal sandwich (easy on the butter, hold the mayo) are other good choices to help maintain your energy.

But first, make sure you eat a satisfying lunch.
