If you can persuade Mr. Man to cough up the odd diamond in return for your weight loss efforts all well and good.
If not, here’s how to generate a bit of diet motivation for yourself.
- Measure yourself all over.
i.e. measure your bust, waist, hips, thighs, butt and upper arms.
- Make a note of these top-secret body-shape statistics, then have a stiff drink. (You’ll probably need one)
- Each fortnight or month, re-measure yourself.
Each 1/2 inch lost will do wonders for your diet motivation.
Maintain Your Weight Loss Campaign
Even if weight loss slows down (e.g. because you reach a temporary weight loss plateau) you may find you are still losing inches which will inspire you to maintain your weight loss campaign.
Diet Motivation and Your Man
Remember, diet motivation is crucial. And while diamonds are still a woman dieter’s best friend, your man may not yet appreciate the part they play in a balanced weight loss diet program. So it may not be wise to rely upon them for your incentive to lose weight.
