I am a doctor and bought your diet plan about a week ago and have been religiously sticking to it. I was 12 stone 10 and have now come down to 12 stone 5 – in about a week! Cutting out all the sweets etc was tough, but it made me realise just how much of that stuff I was munching on a day to day basis. I haven’t done any more exercise than normal but already I feel better – presumably because I don’t feel “full” all the time. Thanks again – I just hope I can get my weight down to about 147 pounds (apparently my ideal weight). By the way – I am a man!

So far I’m into the diet by 4 weeks. I’ve lost a total of 8lbs which I am really pleased about. I have also gone down a dress size and I’ve had to go and buy new trousers today as my others are falling down!! People have remarked that I have lost “loads”, which has made me feel good. I dressed in leggings, men’s large T-shirts and maternity clothes. I hated going shopping: nothing fitted. I had to do something, so I did. I tried diet and I’ve lost 70 pounds and I feel great!

Since I started diet I’ve managed to lose 77 pounds. My life has changed dramatically in so many ways.
